She was terrific for us, we had a VA home loan and a few difficult situations with the sellers real estate agent and attorney and she was communicative and professional and so so very helpful through all of it. With the VA loan she made us aware of some of the common issues with houses that make them not eligible for financing so that we could make an informed decision on which houses to place bids on. She navigated our difficult hiccups during the process with professionalism while still advocating for our needs in the situation.
