With the VA loan she made us aware of some of the common issues with houses that make them not eligible for financing so that we could make an informed decision on which houses to place bids on. She navigated our difficult hiccups during the process with professionalism while still advocating for our needs in the situation. She kept track of every little detail and followed up on everything and reported back to us any changes or information so we were always in the loop. She was always very quick to respond and the few times that she wouldn't be available she made sure to tell us in advance so that we could bring our concerns to her before her other appointments and personal obligations. I am a second-time home buyer, and my and my husband's first experience was not a positive one back in 2016 with a realtor who often shook our confidence and made us question whether we were purchasing a house in good condition. My friend and mortgager Rob Beaulieu recommended Allen to me, and it has been a very positive experience. Allen has helped me set up so many showings, and particularly in my unique situation, he has had a keen eye to detail on these houses. I will be purchasing a home for my parents who are seniors and facing several healthcare issues, though my budget is small. In today's market, it's been challenging, and Allen has been patient, helpful, and provided fantastic insight to each property, things I would never even think of. What started out as a showing turned into an early offer and developed into a month long "slog" of problems related to inspections (defects found requiring fixes), issues regarding title to the property (requiring extensive legal advice), difficulties cleaning out home (solved with Lisa's help), and then delays in completing transfer of funds due to need to involve very busy family members. Throughout this process she was professional, courteous, and supportive. I would have no hesitancy to recommend her services. She fulfilled and even exceeded my expectations.
